KEMIRA SPECIALTY changes company name back to previously held TRI-K INDUSTRIES, INC.
Northvale, NJ, December 3, 2008 – Effective December 10, 2008, Kemira Specialty, Inc will revert to its previously held name, TRI-K Industries, Inc. The company is a leading distributor of ingredients to the cosmetics and personal care industry headquartered in New Jersey, with additional operations in New Hampshire.
The decision to change the company name came as part of the strategy of the recent joint venture between Kemira Oyj and Sachtleben GmbH.
“TRI-K is well known in the industry as a leading distributor of cosmetic raw materials. Returning to the TRI-K name allows us to capitalize on our brand equity, while distinguishing our distribution business from the titanium dioxide focus of Sachtleben.” says Marketing Manager Lauren DelDotto.
